How do I get paid?

By you, within my daily rate. There are no hidden extras, and when we have an initial discussion we will fix the costs for the project up front. 

I do not believe that retaining a commission / kick back from waste management companies enables my advice to be impartial, so I do NOT OPERATE IN THIS MANNER!
